Oh look, the defund abortion case continues in court during shutdown!
A federal judge ruled Wednesday that the lawsuit by pro-life state attorneys general to uphold the Trump administration’s decision to cut Medicaid funding from Planned Parenthood and other abortion providers will move forward even during the government shutdown.
