Celebrating Pro-Life Leadership in Cincinnati

Cincinnati Right to Life is proud to congratulate and honor two outstanding members of our pro-life community who give selflessly of their time and lives to protect the preborn and their mothers whiile working tirelessly to end abortion.

This summer, long-time Cincinnati Right to Life board member and dedicated coordinator of 40 Days for Life in Cincinnati, Mary, was recognized nationally with the Volunteer of the Year Award. This well-deserved honor highlights Mary’s unwavering commitment and leadership—she has faithfully coordinated the 40 Days for Life effort in Cincinnati since its very beginning. She connects with churches, organizations, and individuals to expand sidewalk coverage during the twice-yearly campaign. Mary is also known to make sure any open prayer hours are covered with her own presence on the sidewalk, a heroic gesture for LIFE!

We also joyfully congratulate Cincinnati Right to Life staff member Adam Schad, who was honored by Northern Kentucky Right to Life with an award for his outstanding service to the local pro-life community. Adam has had an enormous impact on the cause of life by coordinating outreach in churches, schools, and neighborhoods. His dedication in leading sidewalk advocates and assisting Mary in expanding 40 Days for Life to a full 24-hour coverage during the past three campaigns is truly noble. Not only has Adam impacted the entire community, but he has also reached and assisted one woman at a time—saving lives and providing compassionate support to mothers who choose life and turn away from Planned Parenthood.

We are deeply grateful for Mary and Adam’s leadership, example, and tireless witness for life.
