Happy Mother’s Day

“For You formed my inward parts; You covered me in my mother’s womb. I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made…”
(Psalm 139:13–14)
On this Mother’s Day, we pause to honor the sacred bond between mother and child—a bond that begins long before birth, in the hidden place where God Himself is at work. From the first moment of life, each child is wonderfully crafted by the Creator, bearing the image of God and the promise of a future.
As Proverbs 1:8–9 reminds us, “Do not forsake your mother’s teaching. They are a garland to grace your head and a chain to adorn your neck.”
The wisdom and love of a mother shape generations, and her selfless care reflects the heart of our Heavenly Father.
Today, we celebrate mothers everywhere—and we recommit ourselves to defending life at every stage, honoring the truth that every life is a gift, wonderfully made, and deeply loved.
Dear Heavenly Father, on this Mother’s Day, we lift up mothers in prayer. Grant them strength, patience, and boundless love. May Your grace guide them in their sacred journey of motherhood. May all mother’s, even those of preborn children, know their sacred role in accepting and bearing the gift of life. Amen.
