Snowmageddon Saved Lives in Cincinnati

On Monday and Tuesday of this week, January 6 and 7, the record snowfall in the Queen City shut down many parts of Cincinnati, including Planned Parenthood in Mt. Auburn. The parking lot was empty, and the normal daily stream of 125 cars were not entering this facility of death.

For two days in Cincinnati, the loud and violent vacuum suction machines were not killing the unborn and harming their mothers spiritually, emotionally, and physically. Women struggle with the decision of abortion and very often pray for a sign, or for someone to convince them to choose life and have their baby. This time the sign and the prayers were answered with a snowstorm.

With abortion now enshrined in Ohio’s Constitution, Cincinnati Right to Life has expanded our mission to advocate on the sidewalks as we continue to advocate in the Statehouse and the Senate. We count all vehicles entering Planned Parenthood and speak to women who pause before driving into make their decision. As shared in numerous reports, lives are being saved weekly through sincere conversations and offers of help and hope, even though Ohio is now an abortion tourist destination. Where there is darkness, we are shining light. The sidewalk work would be unsuccessful if not supported by the many pregnancy centers in our community. We are able to refer all turn-aways to these miracle-working centers.

Thank you for your continued prayers and support. The pro-life community that invests in this work allows the culture of life to overtake the culture of death.
