The Most Radical, Pro-Abortion Presidential Ticket Rejected by American Voters
“The Lord’s acts of mercy are not exhausted,
his compassion is not spent; They are renewed each morning—
great is your faithfulness!” Lamentations 3: 22-23
November 6, 2024-In a historic and not soon-to-be-forgotten election, Americans rejected the Harris-Walz radical abortion ticket On November 5, 2024, in electing former President Donald Trump with Cincinnati’s own, Senator JD Vance as Vice President. We congratulate this team on their hard-fought victory for Americans.
Betting on abortion as the motivator for victory in 2024, the Harris-Walz campaign lost as the economy, immigration, and the ending of wars proved more important to voters than killing unborn children. Mobilizing a temporary abortion facility and killing babies in the womb outside the DNC in Chicago, hosting pro-abortion rallies in Atlanta and Houston, and repeating extreme stories of child loss as election propaganda, the Harris-Walz ticket made every effort to normalize the dark tragedy of abortion.
“The Trump-Vance victory leaves pro-lifers in Cincinnati relieved and hopeful. We thank God that the aggressive, abortion-obsessed VP Kamala Harris was not victorious in her presidential bid,” shared Laura Strietmann, Executive Director of Cincinnati Right to Life.
With President Trump back in the White House, there is now the possibility of reinstating pro-life policies from his previous term, such as restrictions on funding Title X family planning programs, which benefit Planned Parenthood enormously. Creating pro-women, pro-baby, pro-life, and pro-family policies, untying the lie that “abortion is healthcare” will surely be a priority from the most pro-life President in American history.
There is also now a better chance of the FDA reinstating protections on chemical abortions, loosened by the Biden-Harris administration during the pandemic. Chemical abortions now account for two-thirds of unborn child deaths.
The Trump-Vance victory may provide some relief for states with aggressive abortion laws. Unborn children in Ohio are suffering greatly after the Issue 1 loss of 2023, which created Article 1, Section 22 in Ohio’s Constitution, enshrining the deadly unborn child slaughter procedure in the Buckeye State.
We also look forward to working with our newly elected state lawmakers, as we confront the abortion darkness that has fallen on beautiful Ohio.
Congratulations to all Cincinnati Right to Life pro-life champions that were victorious in their federal, state, and county races. We look forward to partnering with each champion as efforts in Ohio on behalf of the unborn must increase.
Our legacy organization also thanks the candidates that ran for office but did not see victory. Through efforts in running for office to represent our state, and by standing for the unborn, the candidates witnessed to the importance of building a culture of life.
