Kentucky's Two Abortion Businesses Halt Procedures on Holy Thursday

Louisville-Kentucky's two abortion providers have filed federal lawsuits challenging a new state law they say effectively bans the procedure and are asking a judge to suspend it.

Meanwhile, both have ceased offering abortions until a judge weighs in on whether they may resume, making Kentucky the first state to end all access to abortion, representatives for the Louisville clinics said. Read full article here

In downtown Louisville both Planned Parenthood and EMW Women's Surgical Services both said they suspended services after House Bill 3 became law late Wednesday. Neither facility was dismembering or poisoning babies on Holy Thursday!
