Thousands of Babies Rescued Since Project Began
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE, February 22, 2018 (Cincinnati, OH) – from 40 Days for Life Cincinnati campaign leader Mary Clark:
Great news from the national campaign! There have now been 14,000 known babies saved since 40 Days for Life began! We’re sure there are more that we haven’t heard about. That’s the difficult thing about the campaign. So often you come to pray and don’t see any results. But even here locally we have been told several times. sometimes years later, that babies are alive because of our presence on the sidewalk. Faith is such an important part of 40 Days for Life. All we have to do is show up and God will do the rest.
I’m grateful to all who have given of their time to come to pray so far. But there are many prayer vigil hours still in need of coverage. Go to www.40daysforlife.com/cincinnati and under RESOURCES at the right of the page you can click on “Hours Still In Need Of Coverage” for a quick glance at all the open and filled hours. Then sign up online or contact me. Perhaps you could fill the same open hour each week? Get a small group and divide up by two’s to cover a block of open hours? What better time than during Lent to sacrifice time and convenience for the unborn?
