Protecting the Vulnerable in the Womb
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE, October 19, 2017 (Cincinnati, OH) – from 40 Days for Life Cincinnati campaign leader Mary Clark:
Thanks to everyone who helped us cover twenty more prayer hours since my last request! Besides upcoming days for which churches are committed, we only have eight hours in need of coverage.
Go to www.40daysforlife.com/cincinnati to sign up for prayer hours or contact Mary Clark, 513-791-4039, ten.esufnull@syad04ycnic. You can also sign up for hours on days when churches/groups are listed at the top of any sign up page. I’m sure the coordinators would appreciate your extra help then also.
I received the following message from Lewis K. in the U.K. through our Cincinnati 40 Days for Life webpage. He asked for prayers for scans his nephew underwent this week, but I know that all of you will be praying for this little boy and his mother even beyond that time. I hope it reminds you of the global scope of 40 Days for Life and our interconnectedness:
Hello Mary Clark. Your campaign has received the following message: “Hi Cincinnati 40 Days for Life, Please could you pray for my 17-week old nephew in the womb, Baby Gabriel who has been diagnosed in the womb with severe spina bifida, and was diagnosed as being paralysed from the thighs down. There have been a lot of anti-life people talking about Gabriel, but we believe in a God who heals and a God who saves. This Thursday Gabriel has several hours of scans. Please pray especially for Thursday. We know that God loves each and every one of his children intimately and that He has a plan for each us. We praise God for the healing He is doing in Gabriel’s life, and we believe that what God starts, He will complete! Please pray for Gabriel.
God bless you all at 40 Days for Life, your prayers are powerful, Lewis <><“
Don’t forget to join us on Friday, October 20th, at 7pm at Planned Parenthood for our group prayer hour. All are welcome. Plenty of parking available on Wellington Place, across the street from PP. We will also meet on October 27th and November 3rd for our final Friday group prayer hours of this campaign.
