FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE (October 18, 2016): Thank you for your calls and emails in opposition to a vote on legalization of assisted suicide in Washington, DC, originally planned for this week, October 19th.
The vote on assisted suicide in our nation’s capital has been postponed until November 1.

ACTION: If you have not already done so, please contact the following officials to oppose B21-38 the so called “Death with Dignity 2015” bill, which would legalize assisted suicide in the District of Columbia.
“Assisted suicide targets vulnerable elderly, critically or chronically ill, and physically and mentally disabled American citizens,” said Paula Westwood, Executive Director, Right to Life of Greater Cincinnati. “Washington DC Council’s resulting decision will have international impact.”
