State legislators are pursuing legislative solutions to ensure humane treatment of aborted babies’ remains:
Senator Joe Uecker (R-Miami Township) has introduced Senate Bill 254 in the Senate.
Two bills have been introduced in the House: HB 419 sponsored by Reps. Tim Ginter (R-Salem) and Barbara Sears (R-Toledo), and HB 417 sponsored by Reps. Kyle Koehler (R-Springfield) and Robert McColley (R-Napoleon).
