Women Referred to Other Area Offices
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – November 6, 2014 (Cincinnat, OH) – Pro-life sidewalk counselors had reported and it has been confirmed that Planned Parenthood of Southwest Ohio’s Clermont County (Withamsville) regional office is closed. Women are being referred to Planned Parenthood’s other regional offices in the area.
“This is a testimony to the prayer and presence of pro-life witness that has been conducted regularly at this location for years,” said Paula Westwood, Executive Director of Right to Life of Greater Cincinnati. “Every time a Planned Parenthood office closes, whether it performs surgical or chemical abortions or refers, more women and their unborn children are protected from the abortion industry.”
Planned Parenthood of Southwest Ohio has regional offices in Cincinnati, Dayton, Clermont County (Withamsville), Hamilton, Springdale, Springfield.
Planned Parenthood of Southwest Ohio’s Cincinnati abortion headquarters in Cincinnati recently received a citation from the Ohio Department of Health, and risks being closed for operating outside the law.
However its web site homepage states: “Despite recent news about our surgical facility, we continue to offer uninterrupted services.”
