At Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas
August 11, 2014 (Cincinnati, OH): June 30th, Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas Magistrate Michael Bachman upheld the Ohio Department of Health order that the Sharonville Women’s Med Center abortion facility be closed for operating outside the law.
Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas Judge Jerry Metz – the judge assigned to the case – is scheduled to issue his ruling whether or not to concur with Magistrate Bachman’s decision Friday, August 15th. Judge Metz has thus far permitted the Sharonville Women’s Med Center to remain open under a stay of execution, despite the ODH order to close and Magistrate Bachman’s decision confirming it.
A Greater Cincinnati coalition of pro-life organizations and individuals again invite witnesses for the sanctity of human life to stand together during case proceedings:

While abortion is always an invasive, dangerous procedure for women, and lethal for their unborn babies, at the very least abortionists should be required to follow health and safety standards as are all other Ambulatory Surgical Facilities in the state, for patient protection.
