Positive, Peaceful, Prayerful
Cincinnati Planned Parenthood
REMINDER: Rescheduled Kickoff, Sunday, March 9th – 2pm
Hope you can come for the entire event but, if not, at least join us for part. See directions to Planned Parenthood at www.40daysforlife.com/Cincinnati; directions to to Corryville Catholic School at www.corryvillecatholic.org – click on address on left.
Group prayer hour Fridays, March 7, 14, 21, 28, April 4 and 11 – @ 7pm – no sign up necessary.
This is the second day of the campaign and I am reminded that God always has unexpected surprises for us. For example, Thursday when the Our Lady of Victory group of 5, plus an individual, were scheduled to pray, twelve people ended up being present! Besides that, one of participants counted ten positive car horn honks in that hour! People do notice us out there.
We count on knowing that someone is scheduled to pray each hour from 7am to 7pm throughout the 40 days, but if you have an hour to give at the last minute, please do come to pray anyway. I can’t guarantee that you will be greeted by eleven others, but our witness is noticed by passersby, the neighborhood and workers inside Planned Parenthood.
Signing up on the vigil schedule at www.40daysforlife.com/cincinnati is the ideal, because then I can contact you and direct you to where you can pick up a sign and prayer materials to use during your vigil hour. If you can’t sign up, call me to let me know you were there. I’d like to know our total participation.
Also, after your prayer, please send any observations, stories or conversations with passersby, thumbs up or “thank you’s” you receive and any photos you may take. And I’m always happy to answer any questions or concerns you have.
See below for combined list of Cincinnati and Sharonville participating churches and organizations.
Sharonville Women’s Med Center
There are still a lot of open hours for prayer at the Women’s Med Center in Sharonville, especially on Tuesdays and Thursdays. So there’s still time to make the perfect Lent offering! Please give one hour a week, to speak and pray for those that cannot speak or pray for themselves…
We will also be having a Rosary in Spanish in front of the Sharonville abortion mill every Saturday at 11:30 am. All are invited.
