Cincinnati Planned Parenthood & Sharonville Women’s Med Center
February 25, 2014 (Cincinnati OH): Greater Cincinnati again joins with hundreds of other locations throughout the United States and internationally for the Spring 40 Days for Life campaign, uniting thousands in prayer and fasting for an end to abortion.
The Spring 40 Days for Life campaign begins on Ash Wednesday, March 5 and ends on Palm Sunday, April 13, 2014. Vigils will be conducted at Cincinnati Planned Parenthood‘s abortion headquarters on Auburn Ave. and the Women’s Med Center abortion mill in Sharonville.
40 Days for Life is a peaceful, prayerful – and proven effective – pro-life campaign that has already included more than 600,000 people worldwide, saved 8,245 lives from abortion, led to the conversion of 88 abortion workers, and seen 44 abortion clinics close.

Cincinnati Planned Parenthood Opening Vigil, Sunday, March 2 2-3 p.m.
Join participants from Greater Cincinnati churches Sunday, March 2, 2-3 p.m. in front of Planned Parenthood, 2314 Auburn Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45219, as we ask for God’s blessings on the Spring 40 Days for Life campaign. Father Matthew Cushing, St. Anthony Parish, Taylor Mill, KY will lead prayers. Parking is available on the street and at Holy Name Church a few blocks down.
After the opening vigil, at 3 p.m., all are welcome to visit Corryville Catholic Elementary School, 108 Calhoun St., Cincinnati, OH 45219 for refreshments, signups, information, and getting acquainted. Even if you can’t make the vigil, feel free to come to this gathering. Parking is available in St. George Church parking lot, and on both Scioto and Dennis Streets on either side of the school. Enter through St. George Food Pantry door on the Panera Bread side of the building.
Sharonville Opening Vigil, Wednesday, March 5, 10 a.m.
Sharonville 40 Days for Life participants are invited to an opening service Wednesday, March 5th, 10 a.m. in front of the Women’s Med Center, 11250 Lebanon Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45241. Meditations, hymns, Rosary and an update on the current legal situation of the mill will be included.
In conjunction, a Rosary for The Unborn will be prayed at the St. Maximilian Kolbe’s Chapel, 11 am – 12 pm, Wednesday, March 5th, and all subsequent Wednesdays during the spring campaign. Thus additional participants can join in prayer even if they cannot make it to the Sharonville abortion facility.
